This post shows how much of an oatmeal, sweet potato, spinach, avocado, nut butter, beans and banana addict I am, because I’m pretty sure one of those foods is in almost every meal I ate! No complaints here though. Those foods leave me satisfied and I never get sick of them.
While my breakfasts have been pretty much the same–base of oatmeal with banana and nut butter toppings–I like to vary my staple foods during lunches and dinners.
We’ve been in Houston this past week and have had lots of down time to relax and enjoy family. This post shares some road trip meals and snacks as well as simple lunches and family dinners.
