This week was full of road trips, visitors and eating out. So much delicious food entered my belly and I’m thankfully sharing more than just oatmeal bowls and sweet potatoes with you all this week. I didn’t take as many photos as I normally do, but I did manage to document the gist of what I ate this week. I hope this post makes you want to eat delicious, satisfying foods…whatever that may look like for you! While I don’t eat animal products, I don’t view certain foods as good or bad. Cake is cake and salad is salad. Both foods provide nourishment in their own ways!
