I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! I really enjoyed this past week as we got to spend more time with Brett’s parents since they had time off from work. We ate out a lot more for dinners and I rediscovered how amazing homemade baked tortilla chips are (as you’ll see in the lunch section of this post)! We did more of our festive celebrations the days leading up to Christmas. On Christmas Eve Eve we explored an Asian supermarket and had an amazing Vietnamese feast out at a restaurant. Then on Christmas Eve we went to church in the morning and later in the afternoon went and saw the Russian Nutcracker at the Ryman in Nashville. After that we went out for delicious Turkish food. All the pre-Christmas festivities made our actually Christmas day really chill, which was perfect. We bought our cinnamon rolls for an easy Christmas breakfast and ate simple leftovers the rest of the day.
