Made with just 4 ingredients and sweetened with fruit, this Date Sweetened Chocolate Sauce is a healthy and delicious way to jazz up your breakfast or desserts.
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • ½ cup pitted dates
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • Pinch of sea salt
  1. In a small sauce pan, warm up the soy milk and pitted dates until the milk is hot and the dates are softened.
  2. Pour the milk and softened dates into a blender and add in the cocoa powder and pinch of salt.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the chocolate sauce into a jar and refrigerate until cool and thickened.
  5. Serve on top of pancakes, ice cream, etc.!
