I asked on Instagram if people would be interested in seeing how I meal prep here in China and the answer was a resounding yes! I was thinking of writing up a meal prep post for today, but I really want that post to be helpful and something people can keep referring back to. So I’ve decided I need to devote some more time to writing that post and I may even make a PDF printout as well. Hopefully by next Wednesday I’ll have that post up and ready for you all! My hope is that it will help any of you that have busy schedules, are trying to eat more plant based, are living oversees, etc., yet want to learn some easy ways to make whole food, plant based eating less daunting and actually enjoyable!
