I’m surprised I didn’t turn into a slice of lasagna this week considering the copious amounts of Hummusapian’s Easy Vegan Lasagna that I ate. That was definitely the highlight of this week’s meals, but everything else I ate was delicious too. Overall, I’m currently still trying not to eat too many cruciferous vegetables or large salads to help Harper out with her digestion, but I did manage to sneak in one large salad this week and lots of raw and sauteed non-cruciferous veggies. Vegetables, sweet potatoes and oats will always be staples in my diet, because they make me feel so good!
Oh and chocolate and nut butter too…
