  • In a large bowl mix together the oats, cacao powder powder, ground flaxseed and cacao nibs.
  • Add in the tahini and sweetener and mix until combined.
  • Using slightly damp hands, take about 1.5 - 2 tablespoons worth of dough and roll it into a ball. Continue this process until all the dough has been rolled into balls.
  • Store the bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Notes

*You can sub the cacao nibs for mini dairy-free chocolate chips.
