Instructions
Heat coconut oil,
coconut sugar

maple syrup
, non-dairy milk and
cacao powder
in a sauce pan until boiling.
Turn off heat and stir in
cashew butter
until it is completely incorporated.
Stir in
quick oats
and mix until combined. Drop by rounded spoonfuls (about 2 tablespoons worth) onto parchment paper or a silicon baking mat.
Place in the fridge until hardened, about 1 hour.
Notes
