  • Heat coconut oil, coconut sugar, maple syrup, non-dairy milk and cacao powder in a sauce pan until boiling.
  • Turn off heat and stir in cashew butter until it is completely incorporated.
  • Stir in quick oats and mix until combined. Drop by rounded spoonfuls (about 2 tablespoons worth) onto parchment paper or a silicon baking mat.
  • Place in the fridge until hardened, about 1 hour.

Notes

Store in an air-tight container for up to a week.
