cashews
soaked for 8 hours

+ 2 tablespoons water

maple syrup

Instructions
Cover your cashews in filtered water and allow them soak for about 8 hours.
After they've soaked, drain them and rinse them.
Place the soaked cashews and remaining ingredients into a
high speed blender
or
food processor
and process until smooth.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Prep time does not include the time it takes to soak the cashews.
