  • Preheat your oven to 400°F / 205°C.
  • Wash your potatoes and cut them into fries, or wedges if preferred.
  • Place the potatoes into a bowl and shake the seasonings generously on top. Toss to coat.
  • Using a wire rack over a baking tray, lay the potato wedges out in a single layer (see photo).
  • Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes until browned and crispy on the outside.
  • Enjoy with your favorite condiments.

Notes

You could also use a pre-made seasoning such as taco seasoning. Or make some sweet sweet potato fries by using cinnamon!
