non-dairy milk

peeled and cubed zucchini

chocolate protein powder

maple syrup

quick oats

chia seeds*

Instructions
Blend together the milk, zucchini,
maple syrup
,
cocoa powder
, and protein powder until smooth.
Pour the
oats
and
chia seeds
into a glass jar or bowl and then add in the blended chocolate mixture. Stir until well combined.
Cover the jar and place it in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, divide between two bowls and top with additional toppings.
Notes
*If you like your oats more liquidy, add 1 teaspoon of chia seeds. If you prefer thicker oatmeal, add 3 teaspoons of chia seeds.
