quick oats*

ground flaxseed

chocolate chips
coarsely chopped

whole salted peanuts

crushed pretzels*

peanut butter

maple syrup

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the oats, flaxseed, chocolate chips, peanuts and pretzels.
Pour in the peanut butter and maple syrup and mix everything together until a uniform, sticky dough forms.
Place the dough in the fridge for about 10 minutes to chill.
Remove the dough from the fridge and with damp hands, roll the dough into balls, re-wetting hands when necessary.
Place the balls in a tupperware container and store them in the fridge.
Notes
*Use gluten-free oats and pretzels if you are gluten free!
