Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon ground ginger
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch black pepper
  • cup unsweetened plain non-dairy yogurt
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk*
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients--from the oats to the black pepper--until combined.
  • Add in the non-diary yogurt, milk and maple syrup and mix well.
  • Place the mixture in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
  • In the morning, add on whatever toppings you desire and enjoy!

Notes

*coconut milk would make a more traditional golden milk, but you can use any non-dairy milk you like!
