Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients--from the oats to the black pepper--until combined.
Add in the non-diary yogurt, milk and maple syrup and mix well.
Place the mixture in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
In the morning, add on whatever toppings you desire and enjoy!
Notes
*coconut milk would make a more traditional golden milk, but you can use any non-dairy milk you like!
