Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ½-1 cup frozen cauliflower*
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter**
  • 2 cups non dairy milk
  • 2 medjool dates

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

*Start with ½ cup of frozen cauliflower and increase to your liking.
**Feel free to swap out the peanut butter for any other nut or seed butter that you like!
