Instructions

  • Drain your soaked cashews and then place all of the ingredients into a high speed blender* and blend until frothy and smooth.
  • Pour into a mug and top with optional toppings if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

*If you don't have a high speed blender, soak your cashews overnight. If you have a high speed blender, you can simply soak your cashews in boiling water for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
**Adjust the amount of maple syrup to meet your sweetness preferences!
