Ingredients

  • 2 slices of your favorite bread OR 1 baguette
  • 2 tablespoons tapenade
  • ¼ avocado mashed
  • arugula
  • ½ tomato sliced

Instructions

  • Toast your bread or baguette.
  • Spread one slice of bread with tapenade and the other slice with mashed avocado.
  • Add on some arugula and sliced tomato before sandwiching both pieces of bread together.
  • Enjoy!
