Chocolate Oat Milk Recipe

I can make this milk in 5 minutes and I get the assurance of knowing it's healthy! It's sweetened with whole foods (dates) instead of refined sugars. It has fiber and minerals such as iron and magnesium in it from the cacao powder. It's loaded with antioxidants too! Holla!

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • Strain the milk through a nut milk bag, or cheese cloth, into a container or bowl. Squeeze out as much milk as possible through the nut milk bag.
  • Let the milk chill in the fridge before drinking.
  • Store the milk in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Notes

*Instead of dates, you can also sweeten this chocolate oat milk with maple syrup or another type of liquid sweetener. Just blend the sweetener with the oats as you would the dates.
