ground flaxseed

nut butter

Instructions
In a
large mixing bowl
, combine the
quick oats
,
ground flaxseed
and mix-ins. Stir to combine.
Add in the nut butter and sweetener and stir everything together until a sticky, uniform dough forms.
Using damp hands, roll the dough into balls. Continue wetting your hands as needed to keep the dough from sticking to your hands.
Store the energy bites in an
airtight container
for 1-2 weeks.

*You can use whatever mix-ins you desire. Some of our favorites are dried fruit (
