  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the quick oats, ground flaxseed and mix-ins. Stir to combine.
  • Add in the nut butter and sweetener and stir everything together until a sticky, uniform dough forms.
  • Using damp hands, roll the dough into balls. Continue wetting your hands as needed to keep the dough from sticking to your hands.
  • Store the energy bites in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks.

Notes

*You can use whatever mix-ins you desire. Some of our favorites are dried fruit (raisins, craisins, chopped apricots, etc.) and dairy-free chocolate chips!
