Made with only 5 ingredients--many of which of pantry staples--this simple and delicious vegan Apple Dump Cake will be your go-to recipe whenever you're in need of a quick dessert.
Peel, if desired, core and chop up the apples into bite size pieces.
Place the apples into the baking dish and sprinkle over the brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir to combine and then spread the apples back out into an even layer.
In a mixing bowl, cut the vegan butter into the cake mix. I like to do this with my hands until a crumbly mixture forms. Sprinkle this evenly over top of the apples.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve warm with dairy-free ice cream if desired!
Notes
While I'll honestly be surprised if you have any leftovers of this cake after serving it, you can definitely save any leftovers for later. I recommend storing it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a few days.To reheat, simply scoop out the amount you want to enjoy and heat it in the microwave for about 30 seconds or until warmed through.
