Fig and Tahini Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3-4 small ripe figs
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust any ingredients as you desire.

Notes

I personally don't like to store or save smoothies that have banana in them as the banana tends to quickly oxidize and taste bad.
