Ingredients

Instructions

  • Using a double boiler or the microwave, melt the chocolate chips until just melted. Allow them to cool for a few minutes.
  • Remove the silken tofu from the packaging, removing an excess water, and place it in a blender along with the melted chocolate, cocoa powder and maple syrup. Blend until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender if necessary.
  • Divide the chocolate pudding among 6 individual ramekins, cover them with plastic wrap and place them in the fridge to chill and set, about 1 hour.
  • While the pudding is setting, place the Oreos into a zip-lock bag and bang them with a wooden rolling pin until crushed and they look like dirt.
  • Once the chocolate pudding has set, sprinkle the Oreo "dirt" overtop of the pudding and press 2 gummy worms through the dirt into the pudding.
  • Enjoy immediately!

Notes

*If you can't find vegan gummy worms, another kind of accidentally vegan gummy candy would work just as well!
