Vegan Sweet Potato S'mores

Ingredients

PER PERSON

  • 1 pre-baked sweet potato
  • 3-4 vegan marshmallows
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped dark chocolate

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 °F.
  • Slice your baked sweet potato open lengthwise and place some of the dark chocolate chunks inside.
  • Top the chocolate with 3-4 vegan marshmallows and then sprinkle more dark chocolate on top.
  • Place the sweet potatoes in the oven and allow them to get warm, the chocolate to melt and the marshmallows to become toasted on top.
  • Remove from the oven and enjoy warm!

Notes

Mix and match your chocolate type. Try adding chopped nuts after baking!
