Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper or grease it with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond and oat flour. Add in the coconut oil and maple syrup and stir until a dough forms. Press it into the bottom of your lined baking dish until it's in an even layer.
Pour over some of the sweetened condensed milk until the entire base is covered in a thin layer.
Sprinkle over the chopped nuts, chocolate chips and shredded coconut, making sure every part of the base has been well covered.
Drizzle a little more sweetened condensed milk overtop.
Bake the bars for about 25-30 minutes or until bubbling and the edges are starting to turn golden brown.
Allow the bars to cool to room temperature before placing the pan in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. This will make the bars much easier to cut!
When ready to serve, remove the bars from the fridge and cut them into bars
Notes
I like Nature's charm coconut sweetened condensed milk!
