Chocolate Superfood Energy Bites Recipe

These Chocolate Superfood Energy Bites are so easy to make and are fully of nutrition. I love having them as a morning or afternoon snack, but they also work to satisfy my sweet tooth when I'm craving dessert.

Instructions

  • Place the almonds, chia seeds and ground flaxseed into your food processor and process until the almonds are mostly a flour consistency.
  • Then add in the cacao powder, dates and coconut oil and process until combined. Drizzle in the 2 tablespoons of water and process a few more seconds. The dough should hold together when pinched between your fingers.
  • Roll the dough into bite sized balls and store in an airtight container or baggy in your refrigerator.

Notes

Keep these in the fridge for freshness, and they will last a couple weeks.
