These Chocolate Superfood Energy Bites are so easy to make and are fully of nutrition. I love having them as a morning or afternoon snack, but they also work to satisfy my sweet tooth when I'm craving dessert.
Then add in the cacao powder, dates and coconut oil and process until combined. Drizzle in the 2 tablespoons of water and process a few more seconds. The dough should hold together when pinched between your fingers.
Roll the dough into bite sized balls and store in an airtight container or baggy in your refrigerator.
