Spicy Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces black beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 large garlic clove minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon or less red chili powder
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a food process and process on high until smooth.
  • Serve with chopped veggies, tortilla chips or use as a spread in a veggie wrap!

Notes

Adjust the spiciness to your preferred level.
