Ingredients

  • 6 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded carrots

DRESSING

Instructions

  • Place the shredded veggies into a large mixing bowl.
  • In a smaller bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until smooth, including a big pinch of salt and lots of black pepper. Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed.
  • Pour the dressing over the shredded veggies and stir until well combined.
