Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup raw cashews*
  • cup nutritional yeast
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • Juice of 1 small lemon 2-3 tablespoons
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
  • teaspoon turmeric
  • black pepper
  • red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a high powdered blender and blend until smooth.
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Notes

*If you are using a food processor instead of a high speed blender, soak your cashews overnight or for about 4 hours. Start by processing the cashews by themselves until mostly creamy, then add in the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
