Instructions

  • Thinly slice your fruit into even slices. In a sauce pan with a little water, sautee the fruit until soft. Towards the end of sauteeing, add in as much cinnamon as you desire.
  • Transfer the warm cinnamon fruit to bowls and top with Maple Vanilla Cashew Cream, Caramelized Buckwheat Groats, or any other desired toppings.
  • Serve warm.
