2 tablespoons ground flaxseed + 6 tablespoons warm water

melted coconut oil

coconut sugar

chopped dark chocolate

Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to
350
°F
and grease or line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the ground flaxseed and water to make your two flax eggs. Set aside to thicken.
In a larger bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, coconut sugar and vanilla until incorporated.
Add in the flour, baking powder and salt and mix until a dough forms.
Fold in the chopped dark chocolate and toasted coconut.
Pour into your prepared baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and set.
Let cool before cutting into 16 squares.
Notes
Freeze these in an airtight container for long term storage.
