For the last couple months I’ve been eating the “same old, same old” breakfast: oats cooked with ground flaxseed, chia seeds and berries, topped with nut butter. It fills me up, tastes delicious, and I can make it without thinking.
This past week though, things have changed. I’ve had smoothies, english muffins, cereal and even cornbread for my first meal of the day! So while I know this isn’t a typical “What I Ate Wednesday” post, I wanted to share some of breakfast creations I’ve enjoyed this past week. If you too are in a breakfast rut, I hope this post can give you some inspiration!
