If you're new to making homemade energy bites, start with my 5 Ingredient No-Bake Energy Bites. I love how versatile this recipe is to suit health needs and taste buds. For mix-ins you can go with raisins, craisins, chopped apricots or even dairy-free chocolate chips! You can also use any dairy-free sweetener, but I recommend organic maple syrup.
