Gluten Free Entrees
Eating a gluten-free, plant-based diet is not only doable, but easy and delicious! While I don't personally need to eat a gluten-free diet, many of the recipes I share here on the blog are gluten-free. My personal favorite gluten-free vegan recipes are Easy Chickpea Tikka Masala, Savory Chickpea Flour Falafel Pancakes and Cilantro Lemon Quinoa Salad!
